Sunday, September 20, 10:15am, The Kirking of the School. Every year we commemorate the historic linkage between Second Presbyterian Church and Alexander Robertson School with a traditional “kirking” (blessing) of the school, in which the school and church communities celebrate together. The children gather in the Carnegie Library by 10:00am to process with banners and bagpiper into the sanctuary. A celebratory Coffee Hour follows.
