As we open our doors to welcome visitors through the Open House New York tour of historic and sacred sites, we’ll also welcome community organizations from around the city whose missions align with the legacy of Catherine Ferguson. From education and advocacy for children to philanthropy to women’s health, we’ll host a partner fair for organizations to share their work and strengthen the network of those working on behalf of young women and girls of color at a time when funding cuts and culture wars are making their work more difficult. No one was better acquainted with surmounting the cultural odds than Katy Ferguson. We look forward to sharing her inspiration with others across the city. Special programming at 5:00 pm.
