ICNY and our partner organizations invite New Yorkers of all faiths and none to join us in prayer and reflection, honoring the life of Renee Nicole Good and other victims of ICE violence. Thirty-three people have died in ICE custody, died fleeing ICE, or been killed by ICE agents since the inauguration of Donald Trump in January 2025, making this the deadliest year for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in over two decades. As Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel famously said, “In a free society, some are guilty but all are responsible.”
Join diverse faith leaders at Columbus Circle on Monday, January 12, at 5:30 p.m. to mourn the dead, comfort the living, and call for change. All are welcome.
