- The Packaging Reduction and Recycling Infrastructure Act – Reduces plastic packaging, bans toxic chemicals, ensures recycling is effective, and makes corporations pay to manage the waste they create.
- The Bigger Better Bottle Bill – Expands New York’s existing container deposit program, increases redemption rates, and supports marginalized workers and small businesses.
These bills would reduce plastic pollution, save municipalities millions of dollars, and protect public health but industry lobbyists are fighting hard to defeat them and we need your voice!
