You are invited to an author’s reading and book signing by migrant advocate Dora Rodriguez on Saturday, September 27, at 3:00 p.m. at Rutgers Church, 236 West 73rd Street. The book, Daughter of an Unforgiving Terrain, recounts Ms. Rodriguez’s experience as the sole survivor of a party crossing the southern border into the U.S., and of her work advocating for immigrants based on her own harrowing story.
